Uetz

Holy Cuteness Batman!
The stage was glammed up to the top at the Paurus Design Studio when Harris (the second coolest baby name this chicky has ever heard) nearly shattered the windows with his baby charm.
It had been so long since I've held one that little...what magic! It took me a while to put him down so I could start snapping! I could have just snuggled the little peanut forever.
Enough with the baby gushing....and back to the blogging business.
Harris pretty much knew what us photographer type people wanted to see. His natural modeling genes kicked in and he just did what came natural.
Now the Uetz's and the Paurus' go way back...we're just so much cooler with our amazing babies with the rock-star names!
Congrats Miss and Eric...your little guy is amazing. Glad you had me be a part of this milestone.

Shana Banana

My good friend Shana decided that it would be just a tragedy to miss out on the messy kids promotion and felt it would suit her personality if we somehow worked it in with her amazingly cool senior portrait session. I couldn't have agreed more!
Being a farm girl myself, I couldn't help but be proud of her incredible personality and her ability to rip up some serious mud in her sweet four wheeler! WHOO HOO!
How much fun did we have? It was nearly ridiculous!
Props to the farm dog!
See you in a few weeks for session number 2 of 3!
And to all of our blog watchers...you only have two weeks left to get in on the "muddy fun" before we pack this seasonal session away until next year.
Much Love

North Dakota Soap Box Derby

It's not too often that this creative genius is impressed, but I have to admit at the 2007 North Dakota soap box derby, I was! Held in beautiful Valley City, North Dakota...the state competition was an amazing showing of an all American classic event.
We spent the day snapping some amazing shots of some incredibly talented kids and their sweet rides. I must say that I was jealous that I wasn't involved in something so cool. Maybe it was best that I wasn't in the competition...I may have been tempted to super-modify my ride to mysteriously resemble a 1964 (and a half) mustang. Man...I wonder if you could fit NOS somewhere in there.
Anyways.....
Parents... I do have numerous images of your rock-star children smokin' the white wheeled tires of their speed machines. Contact us via email or buzz us on the bat phone and we will be MORE than happy to post your images on our very amazing blog. (all we need is their car numbers) We apologize if we didn't catch everyone as best as we tried.
We do have some killer photo shoots scheduled soon of kids and their kickin' soap box cars...so if you are interested on getting in on the fun don't hesitate to contact us!
Peace out my good peoples and loyal blog watchers!

Billy...take 2

Well, my dear Billy...whats is it like to be so incredibly good looking?!
The Paurus Rondayvoose traveled to the far and distant land of Fargo to shoot the first senior of the season! Not only did Billy have an INCREDIBLE shoot (see above photos) but we had a great time traveling and enjoying the sights, sounds, and fantastic coffee of Downtown. Not to mention that weird guy that followed us around on Main Ave. WEIRD! I guess when you're that good looking...people might think you are a celebrity or something!
Thanks again Billy and Heidi. You guys were a total blast! Have a great summer!

Rall

The Rall brothers decided to get in on the action during our June Promo Special "Muddy Kids". Not only did they have a blast getting crazy dirty, but they set the bar pretty high for our upcoming sessions! Each one of these guys was a total rock star in training. I don't think their Mom or myself stopped laughing...except for the few times when the mud clods got awfully close!
Thanks you guys for such a wicked awesome shoot! Hope you totally love the few of the many that we took!
Peace out!
