Boy Hollywood (Zoolander 2)

We had a special treat when Landon and Ashli walked into the studio. Who would have thought a little boy could be such a little POSER! Good night, the kid was on fire with the zoolander poses and the smirks. Look out, here's a real male model! By the way...I "loves" them all, I hope you guys do too.

Mr. Rodeo

Warning! The following images may cause dizziness and weakness in the knees. Paurus Design will not be responsible for your reaction. Consider yourself warned!
Now it's not every day that one gets to hang with a real cowboy much less a rodeo man, but by some stroke of luck...I just happened to take a few photographs as we passed the time. It truely has been a pleasure getting involved with the North Dakota Rodeo crowd. They are an amazing bunch of people with an honest love for what they do.
Matthew was what us photographer-type people call a model in disguise. This guy, simply put, knew exactly what the camera wanted to see.
I always told myself the reason I moved back to North Dakota was for the scenery. This is what I definately call scenery!
Ladies, send your date invitations and marriage proposals...this one is available.

Zach Attack

Zach and his mommy Faith took some incredible photos the other day. I have to admit this little peanut was one of the most animated babies I have ever seen. Not only was he well behaved and photogenic...his perfect little blue eyes nearly showed up my sons!
Thanks for all the fun guys! Zach nailed it!

Fronk

Two words...Shed and Frog.
You guys totally rocked! We do have a huge problem...every single image is absolutely perfect which gives me the terrible problem of a million proofs to edit!!! (not really a problem, but more of a time management issue) So here are just a few of the 600+ we took! Enjoy!
The first one cracked me up....little boys and curiosity just go hand in hand. He must have been looking for that darned frog his sister was talking about! haha

VCHS 2007

Well, I officially feel old.
Aleisha and I spent a good part of the night last Saturday catching some beautiful candid shots at the VCHS prom. I about fell on the ground when I learned that some of the people attending prom were born in 1991!!! Say it with me people...."Good Lord!"
I clearly remember back in 1991 wearing my sweet acid washed jeans and big bangs while listening to the Metallica Black Album. And don't forget my 1984 black hard top mustang! Man, do I love Mustangs.
Next year...prom photos that totally rock for everyone!

Counts

This particular shoot yielded one of my favorite photographs this far. The very first image in this post of the family is probably one of the best family photos I have ever taken. In a split second I managed to capture all the emotions of a new and beautiful family.
Thank you for the opportunity.

Lemieux

I had the privelage to take some smoking photographs today, good thing I had a firefighter on the premisis. haha - yeah that was totally uncalled for. I did however take some cool pics with Mom and Dad in their firefighter jackets...it made for cool props. Poor little Colin wasn't feeling so good, but did a bang-up job on being cute anyways. Here you go guys...you looked AWESOME!
